Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DigiMealz POS, our goal is to build long-term relationships with restaurant owners through trust, support, and transparency. We understand that digital solutions can sometimes need adjustments — and that’s why our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and clear for every restaurant that uses DigiMealz.



1. Subscription & Service Nature

DigiMealz POS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product offered on a subscription basis.
Once subscribed, you gain access to all the modules, updates, and features as per your chosen plan.

Since the service involves immediate digital access and activation, our refund and cancellation terms apply accordingly.



2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your DigiMealz POS subscription at any time by:
 • Logging into your admin account and requesting cancellation, or
 • Emailing us at support@digimealz.com with your registered business details.

Once your cancellation is processed:
 • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
 • Auto-renewal (if applicable) will be stopped.
 • No further payments will be charged.

Please Note: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the conditions mentioned below.



3. Refund Policy

Since DigiMealz POS provides instant software access, onboarding support, and cloud setup immediately after purchase, we follow a no-refund policy once your subscription is activated.

However, we do offer exceptions in special cases, such as:
 • If you have made a duplicate payment due to technical error.
 • If the service could not be activated due to internal technical issues at our end.
 • If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing or plan mismatch verified by our team.

In all such cases, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.



4. Trial and Demo Policy

We always encourage restaurant owners to explore DigiMealz POS through a free demo or trial before subscribing.
Our team assists you with setup, feature explanation, and testing to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting before making any payment.

Because of this pre-sale transparency, refunds for dissatisfaction or change of mind cannot be entertained after subscription activation.



5. Renewal & Auto-Charge

If you are on an auto-renewal plan, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the billing period.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can disable auto-renewal anytime before the renewal date through your DigiMealz dashboard or by contacting support.

Once renewal is processed, standard refund conditions will apply.



6. Service Termination by DigiMealz

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found involved in:
 • Violation of our Terms of Service
 • Misuse, illegal activity, or data manipulation
 • Payment default beyond the grace period

In such cases, no refund will be issued.



7. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, service, or compliance requirements.
Any updates will be published on www.digimealz.com, and significant changes will be communicated to you via email or in-app notice.
